THE CHURCH @ FLINT WILL UNITE
TO LEAD THE WAY TO REVIVAL
Flint's Eighteenth Annual Prayer Chain Day is your opportunity to join with the Saints from across our great city in unified prayer and supplication for our city. This ecumenical event is for ALL Christian denominations and is meant to be INCLUSIVE. Starting with the Rally at noon on the front lawn of the Genesee County Jail, followed by an optional Prayer Ride up and down Saginaw Street, then transitioning to prayer & outreach locations of your choice for the afternoon, the day is meant to have meaning on an individual, congregational, and ecumenical level.
The Eighteenth Annual Adopt-A-Street on Prayer Chain Day 2024 will be held on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. The event will coordinate the 'covering' of Flint in prayer by assembling prayer groups (ministry groups) all across town. The event will begin at noon at the Genesee County Jail on Saginaw between 7th and 5th with group prayer and praise. At approximately 2:00 the teams will disperse from downtown to their designated locations city-wide. The Prayer Chain will address such issues as the economic woes of our city, unemployment, crime, substance abuse, sickness and other demonic influences. It is hoped that the unified Church at Flint will have a profound affect on the city and its people and bring revival and reconciliation to our great city.
